The Ministry aims to provide, develop and expand the spread of telecommunications and postal services in the Republic of Yemen in a manner that meets the needs of economic and social development and encourages investment intelecommunications  fields in accordance with the constitution, the state's general policy, and the applicable laws and regulations.
